"'Who Will Stand' is a masterpiece from start to finish. Being a PTSD sufferer myself it the nail right on the head. It really hit home with the effects of PTSD. Outstanding." - Larry Foster, U.S Marines Ret.

When a small team of Las Vegas filmmakers embarked on a mission to document the plights of combat soldiers returning from Iraq and Afghanistan, they were met with opposition. Being non-military, they were shunned by the same soldiers they were trying to help. It was then that these filmmaker made a promise to those soldiers. "No politicians, no actors, no media people." That was the promise, and once it was made, the flood gates opened. "Who Will Stand" is a realistic, unbiased, candid view of life after combat ... told only by the soldiers, their families and the doctors who take care of them.

The goal of this film is to reduce the number of soldiers suffering from: memory loss, sleeplessness and hyper-vigilance, unemployment, homelessness, anger, secondary PTSD, divorce, suicide - all of which can be directly attributed to post-traumatic stress disorder. (120 minutes, 2009)

I am in a Warrior's Watch Group which coordinates motorcycle/vehicle parades to escort returning soldiers home from active duty lest they return unnoticed. After watching the documentary "Who Will Stand" I looked online to see how I can become involved supporting these fallen soldiers who deserve anything that we can possibly provide. Pleas help me find a way to start a support group. I would love to coordinate surprise parades to bring joy and monetary support to these deserving patriots.

Doc. "Who Will Stand" March 29, 2011
Reviewer: durandconnie from US-IL
This was well worth watching and I recommend it for all.  People need to see what is going on out their for our military. They need our help! and the government isn't giving it properly. I'd watch it again and it would be a great doc. to show in a history class (HS).
